• 2008 – National Academy of the State Tax Service of Ukraine, specialty «Finance», qualification – Master of Finance.
• In 2015, she defended her dissertation for the degree of Candidate of Economic Sciences on the topic «Financial Support for the Development of Wholesale Agricultural Markets» (08.00.08 «Money, Finance and Credit») at the Specialized Academic Council of the European University. On September 24, 2020, the Certification Board of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine awarded Olga Volodymyrivna Kliuchka  the academic title of Associate Professor of the Department of Financial Markets.
