Campus
The State Tax University is an educational and scientific institution where student life is full of activity. It is impossible to imagine it without student dormitories, because as the saying goes: "Those who have not lived in a dormitory have not experienced real student life".
The campus (hereinafter referred to as the campus) is a structural subdivision of the State Tax University (hereinafter referred to as the University) and is governed in its activities by the current legislative acts of Ukraine, the Statute of the State Tax University, the Regulations on the campus of the State Tax University, the Regulations on accommodation, residence in dormitories (buildings, structures) of the campus of the University of the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine, the Procedure for settlement, relocation and eviction on the campus of the University of the State Fiscal Service of Ukrain
The campus has four dormitories with a total of more than 1500 beds for higher education students and is home to about 380 employees and their families. The campus dormitories are divided into three types:
- block type with a bathroom in the residential block;
- corridor type with bathrooms in the living room;
- corridor-type with shared bathrooms on the floor.
The dormitories have adequate social and living conditions for comfortable living of undergraduate and postgraduate students. The rooms are equipped with the necessary furniture: beds, wardrobes, bedside tables, a table and chairs. Each dormitory has comfortable lobbies, kitchens, sanitary and hygiene facilities, study and recreation rooms. For the period of quarantine measures, three isolated rooms have been equipped in accordance with sanitary and epidemiological requirements for 9 beds.
The university's student dormitories are intended for full-time students (undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral students) who live at a distance of more than 50 km from the city of Irpin. Applicants for higher education who permanently reside in cities, towns and villages located at a distance of less than 50 km from the city of Irpin (Bucha, Gostomel, etc.) and need a place in the dormitories are accommodated on a general basis after the completion of the main settlement, subject to availability of free places. Places in dormitories are not provided to persons who are provided with housing in the same settlement where the dormitory is registered. Priority is given to nonresident students who belong to privileged categories (orphans, combatants, children of JFO participants, persons with disabilities, students from large families, persons affected by the Chernobyl disaster and persons registered as internally displaced), foreign students and student families. Other categories of students receive places in dormitories if they are available, but priority is given to students from low-income families. The distribution of places in dormitories is carried out in accordance with the Regulation "On Student Dormitories of the University of the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine". The chairman of the student council and the student trade union of the educational institution, together with the deputy director for educational work, form lists of settled students, according to the needs of nonresident students who need housing. The lists are published on the website of the University of the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine.
For the period of preparatory courses, admission campaigns, constituent and examination sessions, applicants and part-time students can also be accommodated in the university's dormitories (subject to availability).
The dormitories have a student council that ensures active student life. Many intellectual, entertainment and sports events are held.
