On May 7, 2025, the annual Inspireurope+ Stakeholder Forum 2025 took place in Paris, at the Collège de France. The event was organized by the PAUSE program in cooperation with the Inspireurope+ consortium.

Professor Volodymyr Metelytsia, D.Sc. (Economics), from the Department of Accounting and Auditing of the State Tax University, took part in the forum. His participation marked an important step toward strengthening international scientific cooperation and promoting academic mobility of Ukrainian researchers during the war.

The forum gathered over 200 participants from Europe and beyond, including scholars, representatives of host institutions, donor organizations, international initiatives, and policymakers. The main goal was to discuss support mechanisms for researchers at risk. The forum program included discussions on career development and networking opportunities for researchers both within and outside academia, as well as on fostering synergies with the private and civil society sectors.

Particular attention was paid to the integration of researchers into the non-academic sector, career development in STEM fields, and institutional mechanisms for supporting scholars at risk. The outcomes of the discussions will be taken into account in the development of updated policy recommendations by the Inspireurope+ consortium.
