Student self-government
Who are we?
The Student Parliament of the University (SPU) is a student self-government body of the State Tax University. The Council of the Student Parliament is a non-profit association of students whose main goal is to establish communication between the University Administration and students, both in general and with each of them individually.
The focus is on coordinating student self-government, which involves creating conditions for young people's self-realisation in the interests of the individual, society and the state.
Self-organisation is an important step for every first-year student. We are always happy to welcome new energetic students who want to work in the student body.
Students of the State Tax University are certainly creative, talented and active young people. In particular, the student government of the State Tax University proves this once again!
The Student Parliament functions in five main areas, in accordance with the departments of the Parliament:
- The main task of the Information and Communication Centre is to cover events about various activities that take place within the walls of the State Pedagogical University, to disseminate information about the activities of student self-government bodies. In the Department of Information and Communication of the Student Parliament of the State Pedagogical University, you will be able to develop as a content maker, designer, editor, etc.
- Department for Educational and Scientific Activities - assists the Administration in organising educational work at the university, institutes and faculties, and facilitates its implementation by involving students in conferences.
- Department for Interuniversity and International Cooperation and Public Relations - organises cooperation with student organisations of other higher education institutions, represents the university in local, regional, national and international student organisations.
- The Department of Career Guidance organises and coordinates the University's information and consulting work with applicants of all levels by disseminating information about the University's educational and other opportunities for training competitive specialists and creative individuals.
- The Department of Volunteering and Charity organises and conducts voluntary activities aimed at helping people in difficult life circumstances and in need of outside help.
