Barrier-free educational space
The purpose of inclusive education at the State Tax University is to ensure equal access to quality education for people with special educational needs. This is ensured through the organization of training based on the use of personality-oriented teaching methods and taking into account the individual characteristics of higher education students.
THE ORGANIZATION OF THE EDUCATIONAL PROCESS FOR STUDENTS WITH SPECIAL EDUCATIONAL NEEDS AT THE STATE TAX UNIVERSITY PROVIDES FOR:
educational and organizational support - assisting participants in the educational process in organizing the educational process, writing and monitoring the implementation of an individual curriculum for an education applicant with special educational needs, organizing individual consultations, etc;
psychological and pedagogical support is a systematic activity that includes the provision of psychological and pedagogical assistance to students with special educational needs during the educational process;
social support - measures to create conditions for social and social support for students with special educational needs.
In order to create appropriate conditions for the education of people with special educational needs, the University has adapted desks in lecture halls, rooms for psychological counseling, recreation areas, personal hygiene, and medical care.
WHEN APPLYING TO THE STATE TAX UNIVERSITY, PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES ENJOY SPECIAL CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE COMPETITIVE SELECTION, NAMELY
- pass entrance examinations in the form of an individual oral interview and, if assessed positively, are recommended for enrollment (persons with disabilities as a result of war in accordance with Article 7 of the Law of Ukraine "On the Status of War Veterans, Guarantees of Their Social Protection"; persons with disabilities who are unable to attend an educational institution);
- can be transferred to vacant places of state order (persons with disabilities of groups I and II and children with disabilities under the age of 18 who are not contraindicated to study in this specialty; persons with disabilities from among the participants in the liquidation of the consequences of the Chernobyl accident and victims of the Chernobyl disaster, for whom a causal link between disability and the Chernobyl disaster has been established).
If an applicant is enrolled in education at the expense of individuals and/or legal entities, persons with disabilities have the right to receive free higher education (part-time/full-time) at the first (bachelor's) and second (master's) level at the expense of the Social Protection Fund for Disabled Persons.
THE PROCEDURE FOR OBTAINING FUNDING FOR TRAINING FROM THE SOCIAL PROTECTION FUND FOR THE DISABLED:
- Submission of the documents required for admission to the State Tax University within the terms specified in the Admission Rules, fulfillment of the requirements for admission, and enrollment in the student body.
- Submission of the required list of documents to the office of the Social Protection Fund for the Disabled at the place of registration.
- Obtaining a positive decision of the Social Protection Fund for the Disabled, concluding an agreement on financing by the Social Protection Fund for the Disabled of studying at the University.
- Studying at the University and semester-by-semester reporting to the Fund for Social Protection of Disabled Persons on academic performance.
