General information
The Department of Theory and History of State and Law began its activities on 1 September 1997. Since 1 September 2014, the Department has been headed by Anatoliy Shevchenko, Doctor in Law Science, Professor, Honoured Lawyer of Ukraine.
The Department trains specialists of the first (bachelor's) and second (master's) level of education, and also participates in the training of postgraduate and doctoral students in the speciality 12.00.01 - "Theory and History of State and Law; History of Political and Legal Doctrines".
