Key Insights from Kseniia Hubska
Ms. Hubska shared valuable knowledge and practical experience on essential aspects of modern project management, including:
- Contemporary approaches to IT project management.
- Practical application of methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall.
- How to choose the most effective methodology based on project goals and scale.
- Tools that enhance teamwork and productivity, including Jira, Trello, and others.
The event brought together students from several educational programs - Public Management and Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Project Management, Regional Management and Self-Government, and Communication and Business Process Management.

These programs aim to combine theoretical foundations with practical insights into modern management technologies. Understanding how corporate IT practices - such as Agile, Scrum, and Kanban - can be adapted to the public sector is particularly valuable. This integration helps shape a new generation of managers who are flexible, results-driven, and open to innovation.
The meeting was highly interactive, encouraging participants to engage in discussion, ask questions, and explore real-life examples. Students also had the opportunity to share their own professional experiences and perspectives.

We sincerely thank Ms. Kseniia Hubska for her inspiring and insightful presentation, as well as all participants for their active involvement and professional curiosity!
