On December 11, 2025, the Department of Management and Public Administration held the first stage of the All-Ukrainian Student Olympiad in the academic discipline “Management” in a blended format. A total of 62 students of the first (bachelor’s) level from various specialties took part, demonstrating a high level of theoretical preparation, analytical thinking, and motivation for professional development.

Based on the results of the Olympiad:

• 1st place was awarded to Yelyzaveta Tarapovska, a student of group FBD-25-1s;

2nd place was shared by:

• Alina Tyshchenko, a student of group FBD-25-1s;
• Anadel Kovtun, a student of group MMBz-24-1.

The organization of such intellectual competitions is highly relevant, as they contribute to the development of professional competencies of future managers, the advancement of soft skills, critical thinking, and the ability to apply acquired knowledge in non-standard situations. Olympiads also encourage students to engage in research, self-improvement, and healthy academic competition.
