In accordance with the order of the State Tax University and in implementation of the Action Plan for 2025–2027 aimed at realizing the State Strategy for Ensuring Equal Rights and Opportunities for Women and Men until 2030, academic and teaching staff of the Department of Management and Public Administration completed online courses on ensuring equal rights and opportunities for women and men, as well as on preventing discrimination and gender-based violence.

The training was conducted on the Prometheus online platform and was aimed at increasing awareness of gender equality issues, preventing discrimination, gender-based violence, and sexual harassment, particularly in the professional educational environment. In particular, the course was attended by Professor Olesia Suntsova and Associate Professors Inna Kantsur, Nataliia Martynovych, Oksana Nemyrovska.

Upon completion of the online courses, each participant received a certificate and acquired practical knowledge and competencies necessary for implementing the principles of equal rights and opportunities for women and men, fostering a non-discriminatory educational environment, and counteracting manifestations of gender-based violence.

The knowledge gained contributes to improving the quality of the educational process, enhancing professional culture, and creating a safe, inclusive, and ethically responsible environment at the university. The Department will continue to support initiatives aimed at implementing state policy in the field of gender equality and social responsibility.
