Within the framework of the international forum Rebuild Ukraine 2025, held in Warsaw, the State Tax University concluded a Cooperation Agreement with the International Aid and Development Fund "Blue Crescent" (Istanbul, Turkey).

The document solidifies a strategic partnership in the field of higher education and scientific activity, opening new opportunities for the academic community of the STU.

Key areas of cooperation

  • Science and research. The parties agreed on the development of joint research projects, the exchange of scientific publications, and the creation of joint monographs and textbooks. Postgraduate students and students will gain access to scientific consultations and research internships.
  • Academic mobility. The agreement provides for the introduction of external mobility programs for lecturers, researchers, and higher education seekers, which will allow for the exchange of experience and professional development.
  • Educational activities. The development of joint educational programs, the exchange of methodological materials, and the holding of conferences, seminars, and round tables, including in an online format, are planned.

The preamble of the document states that the agreement was concluded taking into account the European Union's policy in the field of higher education. The parties also emphasized the importance of supporting the efforts of the Republic of Turkey to provide assistance to Ukrainian cities affected by russian aggression.

The coordination of joint projects will be carried out by authorized representatives of both institutions.

The signing of the agreement became another step for the STU towards strengthening its international authority and integration into the European educational space.
