- Since 2004 – Candidate of Sciences in Public Administration (dissertation topic: “Management of Socio-Economic Development of Monofunctional Cities of Ukraine”, specialty 25.00.04 – Local Self-Government, Diploma No. DK 023463 dated 12 May 2004). The dissertation was prepared and defended at the National Academy for Public Administration under the President of Ukraine.
- Since 2010 – Doctor of Sciences in Public Administration (dissertation topic: “Transformation of Regional Governance under the Reform of Power Relations in Ukraine”, specialty 25.00.02 – Mechanisms of Public Administration, Diploma No. DD 008444 dated 1 July 2010). The doctoral dissertation was completed at the National Academy for Public Administration under the President of Ukraine.
