October 2025 became a vivid example of the active scientific engagement of master’s students enrolled in the Educational Program “Project Management” at the State Tax University. Future graduates successfully presented the results of their research at international and national conferences, gradually publishing findings that form the foundation of their qualification theses.
Yevhen Sandulov, within the framework of his master’s research dedicated to the integration of artificial intelligence into Ukraine’s transport system, published an article titled “Problems and Prospects of Artificial Intelligence Integration into Public Transport in Ukraine: An Analytical Context.” In addition, the results of his study were presented at the International Scientific and Practical Conference “Science, Education, and Society in the Digital Age of Globalization: Synergy for the Future” (Seattle, USA, October 25, 2025).

The paper explores practical aspects of management process digitalization.
Dmytro Bukryeiev published his research in the international economic journal Business Inform under the title “Applied Aspect of Monitoring the Strategic Development of an Organization Based on Microsoft Project.” The article presents a real project case — the development and implementation of a monitoring system for the strategic development of LLC “Dream Management”, designed and evaluated by the author himself. The proposed model combines digital management tools, an analytical approach to strategic goal planning, and the use of Microsoft Project to ensure transparency, control, and adaptability of management processes. The study has a strong practical orientation and reflects the essence of the qualification research carried out within the Project Management program.
Rostyslav Vaskovskyi presented the conference paper “Change Management as a Tool for Improving the Efficiency of Investment Project Assessment” at the IX International Scientific and Practical Conference “Theoretical and Empirical Scientific Research: Concept and Trends” (Oxford, United Kingdom, October 10, 2025). His work substantiates the importance of change management as a factor in enhancing the effectiveness of investment decision-making.

Mariia Ushchapovska took part in the IX International Student Scientific Conference “Digitalization of Science as a Challenge of the Present” (Kharkiv, October 3, 2025), where she presented a study focused on the use of artificial intelligence for adapting organizational structures of enterprises to unstable environments.

The scientific achievements of students of the Project Management program reflect a high level of analytical culture, systematic research approach, and orientation toward innovative solutions in project management. All the presented works were carried out under the scientific supervision of Associate Professor Nataliia Martynovych, ensuring the coherence of research topics and their practical orientation toward solving the current challenges of modern management.
