On November 6, 2025, master’s students of the educational program “Project Management” took part in the 5th International Scientific and Practical Conference “Project and Logistics Management: New Knowledge Based on Two Methodologies.” The event brought together representatives of Ukrainian and international universities, scholars, and practitioners engaged in the study of contemporary project management trends.

The students presented the results of their own research conducted within the framework of their master’s theses. The topics of the reports covered a wide range of current challenges: from strategic change and the role of leadership to crisis management, Agile methodologies, and the organization of labor in project teams.
In particular, Dmytro Rozheniuk examined human-centered models of leadership that are becoming crucial in transformation processes within projects. Abdul Karim presented his vision of crisis management in enterprises during periods of economic instability. Borys Paskarenko analyzed the possibilities and limitations of the Agile methodology in strategic change management, while Artem Bumbu addressed the important issue of effective personnel organization in project teams.

Participation in the conference offered students the opportunity to present their research findings, receive professional feedback, and discuss ideas within an academic community. Such experience strengthens research competencies and fosters academic communication skills—essential components in the training of future professionals in project management. The conference also served as a platform for establishing academic connections and future cooperation, reinforcing the status of our educational program as one oriented toward modern professional practices.
We congratulate our students and their academic supervisor on successfully presenting their research results and wish them further inspiration in their scientific pursuits!

We express our sincere gratitude to the organizers of the 5th International Scientific and Practical Conference “Project and Logistics Management: New Knowledge Based on Two Methodologies” — Odesa National Maritime University — for the high level of academic communication, meaningful discussions, and the creation of a platform for sharing contemporary managerial and project practices.
The event became an important step in strengthening academic cooperation, supporting young researchers, and expanding professional growth opportunities for students.
