The main tasks of the scientific and organisational department

The main tasks of the department are:

• organisation of the process of perspective and current planning on scientific and research work at the University;
• organising the implementation of initiative applied research by the University's departments;
• information support for academic staff, students and cadets of the University on scientific and communication events in Ukraine and abroad;
• organisational support of scientific and communication events held at the University;
• information support on the general results of the University's scientific work.

Functions of the department

The Department, in accordance with its tasks, performs organisational, coordinating, informational and analytical functions in the field of scientific work.

Accordingly, the department:

Provides methodological assistance to the University's structural units on the organisation of scientific and research work.

Organises and coordinates long-term and current planning for scientific and research work, scientific and communication events and publishing activities (in terms of scientific publications) at the University.

Develops, on the basis of proposals from the University's structural units, plans for the University's research work, publishing activities (in terms of scientific publications), and measures to improve the efficiency of scientific activities.

It monitors, summarises information and reports on scientific and research work at the University.

Analyses the state of scientific work in the priority areas of development of the University's scientific activity.

Organises the receipt of information from the structural units of the University on the results of their research work and the preparation of materials on the general results of the University's scientific activity.

Summarises the results of scientific and research work of the University.
