One such ambitious participant was Yeva Leim, a second-year student of the Faculty of Finance and Digital Technologies, majoring in 072 "Finance, Banking, Insurance and Stock Market".

Yeva spent the spring semester of 2025 in Vilnius, where she studied at Vilniaus kolegija (VIKO) from February 3 to June 30.

During this time, she deepened her knowledge at the Faculty of Economics, studying the following disciplines:

  • Business English
  • Bank Audit and Control
  • Statistics
  • Finance Management
  • Company and Bank Accounting
  • Marketing

The learning process at VIKO is distinguished by a modern approach and a high level of interactivity. Students worked with the Moodle multimedia platform, actively presented their own projects, analyzed financial data, and participated in discussions. Yeva's presentations were particularly noted by the instructors – they were interested in her presentation style and design, which she skillfully used.

Yeva also participated in the International Student Conference "Economics. Business. Management – 2025", which took place on April 16, 2025. She presented her abstract in English on the topic: "ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE: CATALYST FOR INNOVATION OR A CRUTCH FOR COGNITIVE LAZINESS? THE PARADOX OF THE CHATGPT ERA", dedicated to the impact of artificial intelligence on modern education and thinking.

In addition to academic achievements, Yeva actively improved her language skills, particularly in English, and expanded her cultural horizons by traveling around Europe. During her studies, she visited:

  • Norway (Oslo)
  • Estonia (Tallinn)
  • Finland (Helsinki)
  • Poland
  • and also explored Lithuania not only in Vilnius but also in Kaunas.

The semester in Lithuania became a source of inspiration, professional growth, and unforgettable emotions for Yeva. She not only mastered new disciplines but also gained valuable experience in taking exams, met young people from different countries, made new friends, and gained confidence in her abilities.

The Erasmus+ program once again proved its value as a platform for students' personal and professional development. We congratulate Yeva Leim on the successful completion of the semester and wish her new achievements and further victories at the international level!

Forward and only forward!
