Training Laboratory “Training Center “Human Resources (Consulting)”
The Training Laboratory “Training Center “Human Resources (Consulting)” was established in 2021 and is a structural subdivision of the Faculty of Social and Humanitarian Technologies, Sports, and Rehabilitation.
The main function of the laboratory is to assist higher education students at the first (bachelor's) and second (master's) levels of higher education, as well as the scientific and pedagogical staff of the faculty's departments, in organizing the educational process, scientific, and practical activities.
Laboratory Tasks:
- Conduct practical classes as outlined in departmental curriculum and work-study plans.
- Deliver practical and methodological classes with academic and teaching staff and students.
- Implementation of progressive methods and modern technologies.
- Assist the Faculty's Research and Development Department with preparation and accreditation for relevant programs.
- Facilitate research opportunities for undergraduate and postgraduate students, aligned with departmental research plans (e.g., "Personality socialization in crisis societies: a psychological-pedagogical perspective" by the Department of Psychology, Pedagogy, and Sociology, and ‘Current issues in socio-communicative science, education, and practice (media, linguistic, and cultural aspects)” by the Department of Language Training and Social Communications).
- Collaborate with the Research and Development Department on developing and offering advanced training courses, including:
- Department of Psychology, Pedagogy, and Social Disciplines:
- “Emergency psychological assistance for individuals and reducing the impact of traumatic events on quality of life”;
- “Effective communication and interaction training”;
- “Professional burnout: diagnosis, ways to overcome”;
- "Management psychology".
- Department of Management and Public Administration: “Time management for local government officials;
- “Strategic planning and management of local development”;
- Department of Social Communications, Literature, and Culture: “The Ukrainian Language in Professional Practice”, “The Art of Public Speaking”, “Courses for Preparation for the Unified Entrance Examination (UEE)”;
- Completion of various types of practical training in the specialties of Psychology (053), Management (073), Public Administration and Administration (281), International Relations, Social Communications and Regional Studies (291), Philology (035), and Journalism (061);
- Organization of counseling during the preparation of course and qualification papers.
- Involvement of postgraduate students in scientific research for the preparation of graduation qualification papers;
- Conducting informal education.
