Educational and Scientific Institute of Law
The Educational and Scientific Institute of Law is a subdivision of the State Tax University, which trains higher education students in the specialities of Law, International Law and Secondary Education, which provides the opportunity for professional realisation of graduates in various legal fields, in particular: judicial, law enforcement, political and human rights.
The traditions of scientific schools combined with innovative approaches to high-quality professional training of future lawyers allow graduates of the Educational and Scientific Institute of Law to demonstrate a high level of competence both in the domestic and international labour markets.
The Institute is headed by Vasyl Topchii, Doctor in Law Science, Professor, Honoured Lawyer of Ukraine.
The School of Law trains specialists in ten educational and professional programmes that are accredited by the National Agency for Higher Education Quality Assurance and at three levels of higher education:
- First (bachelor's);
- Second (master's);
- Third (educational and scientific).
Departments of the Educational and Scientific Institute of Law:
- Department of Theory and History of State and Law;
- Department of Financial and Tax Law;
- Department of Criminal Law and Process;
- Department of Civil Law and Process;
- Department of International Law and European Union Law;
- Department of Legal Linguistics.
Separate subdivisions in the structure of the Educational and Scientific Institute of Law are:
- Training laboratory "Legal Clinic";
- Training laboratory on the problems of legal support of state financial policy;
- Training Laboratory of Judicial Proceedings.
