The Chair is headed by Halyna Didkivska, Doctor in Law Science, Professor.
The main task of the department is to carry out educational activities aimed at training applicants for three levels of higher education, the formation of a creative personality and professionalism in scientific work. The work of the department is aimed at improving the educational process and improving the quality of training. The scientific and pedagogical staff of the department is working on two initiative research topics: "Investigation of Criminal Offences (Criminal Procedural and Forensic Aspects)" (state registration number 012U113579) and "Theoretical Principles of Increasing the Effectiveness of Criminal Law, Criminology and Criminal Executive Crime Prevention" (state registration number 0121U110768).
