• organisational and administrative support of the university's scientific and pedagogical activities;
• coordination of administrative and managerial activities of the administration;
• control of regulatory and administrative activities of structural units;
• coordination, control and analysis of the activities of departments for social protection and humanitarian support of participants in the educational process;
• Implementation of the policy of continuous professional development of academic and research staff and improvement of their qualifications;
• organisation of interaction of the administration with student self-government bodies and student trade union organisation.
