• In 2008, he graduated from Luhansk State University of Internal Affairs named after E.O. Didorenko with a degree in Law.
• In 2014, he defended his dissertation for the degree of Candidate in Law Sciences (PhD in Law) in the specialty 12.00.07 – Administrative Law and Procedure; Financial Law; Information Law on the topic: «Administrative Liability of Minors».
• In 2024, he was awarded the academic title of Docent of the Department of Criminal justice and Analytical activity of the State Tax University.

Advanced training and internships:

1. Corruption and corporate fraud. Countermeasures in the context of COVID-19 (FAservice-Investment consulting and Event management company, Ukraine, 2020).
2. Identifying signs of corruption risk when checking business partners (Academy DTEK, Ukraine, 2021).
3. Civil defense and protection in emergency situations (online course on the Prometheus platform, 2022).
4. International postgraduate practical internship on the topic: «New and innovative teaching methods» at Małopolska Szkoła Administracji Publicznej, Uniwersytet Ekonomiczny w Krakowie (February 6 – March 17, 2023. Certificate № NR 3489/MSAP/2023, 180 hours (6 ECTS).
