On 6 December 2025, the State Tax University completed an elective course: «Tax Culture of EU Countries» in the third year of the EU Erasmus+ Project ‘Forming a sustainable interest in EU tax culture through the introduction of educational, scientific and communicative awareness-raising activities aimed at Ukrainian society’ 101125984 – TIEU – ERASMUS-JMO-2023-HEI-TCH-RSCH.

The lectures and seminars were conducted by: Project Manager Iryna Prokopenko, Associate Professor of the Department of Tax Administration, and Project Leader Olha Ivanyushyna, Head of the Department of Tax Administration.

Classes were held online from 4 October 2025 to 6 December 2025 on the MOODLE platform of the STU according to the STU ASU schedule: https://asu.dpu.edu.ua/self/time-table for first-year (bachelor's) full-time students of the Faculty of Taxation, Accounting and AuditingFaculty of Finance and Digital Technologies, Educational and Scientific Institute of Law, Educational and Scientific Institute of Economic Security and Customs

During the final classes, students discussed issues related to the formation of tax culture in EU countries as a factor in conscious tax payment, as well as the need to improve tax culture in Ukraine and establish partnership relations between taxpayers and tax authorities, taking into account the experience of EU countries.

Students successfully completed test assignments and took part in a survey on the quality and content of the classes, as well as on the importance of studying and disseminating the experience of EU countries in Ukraine.
