As part of the conference, Iryna Prokopenko presented a report on the results of implementing the planned activities and the key results and achievements of the Project throughout its implementation period.

Following the conference, proposals are planned to be prepared and submitted to the State Tax Service of Ukraine and the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine concerning opportunities to implement best European practices in the field of taxation. A collection of abstracts of the conference participants’ presentations will also be published.

The conference provided a platform for the exchange of academic and practical expertise, experience, and views on the development of the tax system and tax compliance culture. The issues discussed and European practices presented during the event will contribute to identifying effective approaches to fostering a responsible attitude towards tax payment, developing partnership-based relations between the state and taxpayers, and strengthening public trust in government institutions in Ukraine.
