У ролі гостьового лектора виступить професор Болонського університету, практикуючий юрист Італії Фабриціо Фіорі.
Автором курсу міжнародне право буде представлено в різних вимірах:
- як інструмент в руках міжнародних акторів, здатний впоратися зі змінами в міжнародному суспільстві та забезпечити стабільність і передбачуваність міжнародних правовідносин;
- як спільна мова, корисна для досягнення консенсусу;
- як ключ до розуміння реальності сучасних міжнародних відносин.
Об’єднуючи різні точки зору, Фабриціо Фіорі, під час гостьових лекцій покаже, як міжнародні правила, хоч вони створюються урядами і здебільшого адресовані їм, можуть мати велике значення для приватних суб’єктів та їх інтересів.

About the lecturer Fabrizio Fiori is a lawyer specialized in international law with more than twenty-five years of practice around the world. Admitted to Italy and the EU, he has spent several years of his professional career in the USA, China, and the Gulf Area, working for both Italian and American firms. He was educated at the prestigious and famous University of Bologna, the most ancient University and law school in the world. His degree in law was followed by further postgraduate studies at the City University in London. He has been a lecturer and guest speaker at the University of Bologna, the University of Udine, and the University of Trieste and a Professor at the prestigious Master and High Instruction faculty of the Istud Business School, the most important business school in Italy. He has been appointed to several positions in public and private committees and scientific boards in Italy including the national commission for the introduction of the Euro currency in Italy, in the early 2000s. He has been a technical advisor and staff member of several Italian political figures including two Ministers. His main specialization is in international corporate law and negotiation. His other fields of expertise are the anti-trust legislation, the EU legislation on land transport, international telecommunication law, and geopolitical studies.
