The Accounting and Reporting Service (ARS) consists of three departments (20 employees):

1. Payroll, Scholarships and Social Benefits Department (6 people)
2. Accounting and reporting department (4 people)
3. Inventory and Settlements Department (9 people)

The SBS is an independent structural unit of the State Tax University, subordinated to the Rector or Vice-Rector in accordance with the distribution of functional responsibilities.

The main task of the State Tax University's Accounting and Reporting System is to:

1. Accounting of financial and economic activities of the State Tax University and preparation of reports;
2. Ensuring compliance with budget legislation when entering into budgetary obligations, timely submission of such obligations for registration, making payments in accordance with the budgetary obligations, and accurate and complete reflection of transactions in accounting and reporting;
3. Timely and in full transfers taxes and fees (mandatory payments) to the relevant budgets;
4. Ensure compliance with the requirements of regulatory legal acts on the use of financial, material (intangible) and information resources when accepting and processing documents on business transactions; inventory of non-current assets, inventory, cash, documents, settlements and other balance sheet items;
5. Ensures compliance with the procedure for making payments for goods, works and services purchased with budgetary funds; reliability and correctness of the information included in the registers of budgetary obligations and budgetary financial obligations; completeness and accuracy of the data of supporting documents generated and submitted in the process of treasury services; storage, execution and transfer to the archive of processed primary documents and accounting registers that are the basis for accounting transactions and
