On December 29, 2025, the Department of Foreign Languages organized a special New Year’s surprise for foreign language teachers of the Bucha community — a career-guidance meeting in the format of a lecture-workshop “Developing Linguistic Giftedness”, held within the framework of the teachers’ methodological association.

The speaker of the event was Natalia Lavrychenko, Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences and Professor of the Department of Foreign Languages at the State Tax University, who presented modern scientific approaches to developing linguistic giftedness, effective pedagogical strategies for working with gifted children, and practical tools for supporting students’ language abilities.

During the meeting, participants had the opportunity to discuss current challenges in language education, opportunities for philological education and professional growth, and outline further directions for collaboration, including sharing pedagogical experience, conducting joint methodological seminars, workshops, master classes, and participating in professional educational initiatives.

The event took place in a warm, friendly atmosphere of cooperation and creative exploration, fostering active professional dialogue and marking a productive conclusion to 2025, leaving participants with new ideas, motivation, and a clear vision for the further development of language education in the community.
