The international oriental dance festival “Etoiles d’Orient Festival” took place in Palma de Mallorca, traditionally bringing together the brightest representatives of the dance community from around the world. The festival program included master classes from renowned instructors and competitive performances by participants from Ukraine, Spain, Japan, Germany, Italy, Poland, and the United Kingdom.
A remarkable highlight for Ukraine was the outstanding performance of Vitalina Petrenko, a student of the Philology program, group FLB-24-1, who won first place and became the absolute champion in the “Professionals” category. Her performance received high praise from the international jury for its technical mastery, artistry, and stage presence.
Vitalina’s victory is a significant achievement both for her personally and for the university community, showcasing the high level of preparation and creative potential of today’s youth.
