On May 5, 2026, the Department of Foreign Languages at the State Tax University became a dynamic international intellectual space for discussing key trajectories of humanity’s future within the framework of the International Student Scientific and Practical Conference “Future of the World: Innovations and Global Perspectives”, which was conducted in English.
The event brought together partners from leading universities worldwide:
- University of Cambridge (United Kingdom),
- University of Zurich (Switzerland),
- Technische Universität Dortmund (Germany),
- University of Law (London, United Kingdom),
- University of Natural Sciences in Lublin (Poland),
- Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv,
- National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy,
- Mykhailo Drahomanov Ukrainian State University,
- National Aviation University of Kyiv,
- National University “Odesa Maritime Academy”,
- Ukrainian National Tchaikovsky Academy of Music.
The conference was held with the support of the Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs programme.
The event gathered a wide international academic community — over 160 participants, clearly demonstrating the high relevance and global significance of the topic.
Welcoming speeches by leading international experts set a high intellectual tone for the discussions, transforming the conference into a vibrant space of ideas, dialogue, and academic inspiration.
Participants from different countries and academic backgrounds engaged in discussions on key global challenges and opportunities across the following areas:
- Technology and Artificial Intelligence;
- Global Economy, Management and Entrepreneurship;
- Education and Human Capital Development;
- Law and International Security;
- Language and Intercultural Communication;
- Health, Sport and Rehabilitation.
Lively discussions, bold academic ideas, and diverse cultural perspectives led to a shared and powerful conclusion: the future belongs to progressive youth and is only possible through peace, dialogue, and mutual understanding.
A special atmosphere was created by the moderators — student philologists Sofiia Kharchenko and Artem Babanskyi, who guided the conference with professionalism and inspiration.
A true highlight of the event were the presentations by Cambridge University students — Sofiia Shypovych and Diana Shypovych, whose research sparked genuine admiration, active discussion, and strong academic interest.
Special appreciation goes to students of the National University “Odesa Maritime Academy”, who joined the conference despite air raid alerts and ongoing threats. Their participation became a symbol of resilience, strength, and dedication to education.
This conference once again proved that today’s youth are not only the future — they are already the driving force of global change.
We sincerely thank all participants, speakers, and partners for their inspiration, ideas, and commitment to the future!
