Topic: “Motivation for Success: How to Find Yourself, Stay True to Your Dream, and Avoid Burnout at the Start”.

We will talk about motivation, self-realization, and burnout prevention in the format of a lecture with practical training elements.

• Viktoriia Ivaniuta — PhD in Public Administration, Associate Professor, Associate Professor of the Department of National Security, Public Management and Administration, Zhytomyr Polytechnic State University.
• Polina Pavlovska — practical and clinical psychologist, psychodrama therapist, art therapist.
