On October 31, on the initiative of the head of the Department of Theory and History of the State and Law, Doctor of Legal Sciences, Professor Anatoly Shevchenko and with the assistance of Valeria Antoshkina - participants of the Researchers at Risk Fellowship program launched by the British Academy and Cara (the Council for At-Risk Academics) had a guest lecture by Dr. Muhammad Nazrul bin Abd Rani, a senior lecturer at the Faculty of Law at the University of Utara (Malaysia). The topic of the lecture: "An overview of the legal system and legal education in Malaysia".
