The purpose of the International Relations Department is to implement international relations and academic mobility programmes, promote educational, scientific, cultural and educational cooperation with higher education institutions of foreign countries, international organisations, consortia, as well as with Ukrainian partners under various agreements and/or projects.

The main tasks of the Department are:

• development of cooperation between the university and domestic and foreign higher education institutions in the field of exchange of experience, training of teaching staff and implementation of joint research and educational projects;
• visa support for University delegations;
• organising and holding international scientific events;
• organising and supporting the process of concluding international cooperation agreements and implementing work plans;
• organisation of academic internships between teachers, postgraduate students, and undergraduates, involvement of University scientists in international scientific events organised by foreign partners;
• Active exchange of delegations with higher education institutions of other countries to deepen and expand partnerships.
