Professor Christopher Kelly (University of Arkansas, USA) invites students of State Tax Law to listen to his author's course on the Rule of Law.

As part of the course, students will study:

• The essence, history and foundations of the rule of law principle
• The rule of law in the development of the economic sphere.
• The rule of law and the fight against corruption.
• American and European experience in applying the rule of law principle.
• Modern world standards for applying the rule of law principle.

The course materials were developed as part of the world-famous World Justice Project.

The course language is English.

Classes begin on January 15 and will last until April 23, 2025.

At the end of the course, you will defend a written work (essay) in English and receive certificates.

Online classes; 16:00-17:30 every Wednesday.
