From February 8 to 11, 2026, a delegation from the State Tax University consisting of: Vice-Rector for Research Vasyl Lutsyk, Head of the International Relations Department Fedir Bilotskyi, and university students Yelyzaveta Melnyk, Khadidja Alekberova, Veronika Reznik, Alina Kiseolar, and Polina Pererva, took part in an international scientific and practical seminar at the Hochschule für Finanzen Nordrhein-Westfalen in the Federal State of North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany.
The seminar was conducted in English as part of inter-university cooperation and was aimed at developing academic and practical competencies, such as: effective public speaking techniques, structured presentation of material, professional communication in the field of public finance, etc.
The participation of the STU delegation in this event was an important step in strengthening international cooperation, developing intercultural dialogue, and improving the professional skills of young people.
It is worth noting that cooperation between the State Tax University and the Hochschule für Finanzen Nordrhein-Westfalen is carried out on the basis of a partnership memorandum, which defined strategic areas of joint scientific and educational interaction and laid the foundation for the implementation of international projects and academic mobility, signed by Acting Rector Dmytro Serebryanskyi in 2023.
Such a partnership is an important step in the development of scientific infrastructure, support for research, and the integration of the university into the international scientific space.
Within the framework of this partnership, the library receives scientific articles from leading professional international publications, which are further processed and posted on the website of the Scientific Library of the STU, providing access to relevant scientific materials for the university community. In 2025, more than 400 articles from seven top journals were sent by the Higher School of Finance.
