We invite higher education students of the State Tax University to attend a guest lecture on the topic: «Digitalization and AI in legal work: why teach the theory of state and law»
The guest lecturer will be Olga Bykova, a lawyer, representative of the National Bar Association of Ukraine in Toronto (Canada).
During the lecture, the following issues are planned to be considered:
- how digital technologies and artificial intelligence (AI) are changing legal practice, what role does legal theory play in this process;
- you will learn why knowledge of the theoretical foundations of law is necessary for the correct application and interpretation of legal norms in the context of digitalization;
- how AI helps lawyers, what are the advantages and limitations of technologies;
- we will consider the issue of legal liability for the use of AI in legal processes.
