On October 13, 2025, Professor of the Department of Accounting and Auditing of the Faculty of Tax Affairs, Accounting and Auditing of the State Tax University, Doctor of Economics, Senior Research Fellow Volodymyr Metelytsia spoke as a speaker at the international webinar of the MSCA4Ukraine program dedicated to strengthening cooperation with the Ukrainian higher education and research sector.
The event brought together MSCA4Ukraine fellows and representatives of European universities, who discussed how international partnerships help maintain continuity of scientific activity, develop academic cooperation, and support the rebuilding of Ukraine’s scientific potential.
During the webinar, Professor Metelytsia presented to more than 225 participants the joint experience of the State Tax University (Ukraine) and the Leibniz Institute of Agricultural Development in Transition Economies (IAMO, Germany) in implementing scientific and educational projects within the MSCA4Ukraine program.
MSCA4Ukraine is a European Union program that supports 176 researchers displaced by the Russian invasion of Ukraine and enables them to continue their research in 24 EU countries.
In addition to individual fellowships, this initiative aims to strengthen the Ukrainian university sector, develop international partnerships, and integrate Ukrainian science into the European research area.
During the webinar, participants discussed how MSCA4Ukraine fellows maintain close ties with their home institutions, initiate new joint research projects, and contribute to the rebuilding of Ukraine’s higher education and research system after the war.
