The State Tax University continues to open new opportunities for its students on the international stage!

On June 19, 2024, an agreement on international cooperation was signed between the STU and the Jan Długosz University in Częstochowa (Republic of Poland). Within the framework of this agreement, an academic mobility program is being implemented, which allows students to study abroad, exchange experiences, and acquire unique knowledge.

And this is not the first internship for our students at this university — in the fall of 2024, the first group successfully completed a similar program, and now from March 3 to June 3, 2025, a new team of learners is studying in Częstochowa!

Participants of the spring internship:

  • Kostenko Anastasiia (Faculty of Taxation, Accounting, and Audit)
  • Harkavenko Oleksandr (Educational Scientific Institute of Economic Security and Customs)
  • Beskorovaina Polina (Faculty of Social and Humanitarian Technologies, Sports, and Rehabilitation)
  • Dziadevych Kristina and Kuzmych Sofiia (Educational Scientific Institute of Law)

During the internship, students study disciplines in various fields:

  • Law: special part of criminal law, family and guardianship law, sociology for lawyers, structure of legal aid bodies, political structure of ancient states, social security law, control procedures, and tax proceedings
  • Economics and Entrepreneurship: enterprise economics, attracting funding from external sources, accounting, basics of entrepreneurship, public finance, household budgeting
  • Communications and Media: internet genres of journalism, electronic journalism (workshop), image and brand formation in electronic media
  • Social Sciences: sociology

Classes are held three times a week – every Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday.

What does participation in the international academic mobility program offer?

  • Access to quality European education
  • Learning according to international standards
  • Improvement of language skills (English, Polish)
  • Experience exchange with Polish students and teachers
  • Expansion of professional prospects and new career growth opportunities
  • Intercultural communication and unforgettable experiences

Students also actively spend their leisure time: they travel around Poland, attend cultural events, visit museums, participate in student initiatives and clubs, and meet young people from different countries — after all, international internships are not just about learning, but also about full cultural immersion.

Importantly! Internships at Jan Długosz University take place on a regular basis, and this is only part of a large collaboration. Moreover, the university offers our students the opportunity to earn dual degrees, significantly increasing their competitiveness in the job market both in Ukraine and abroad.

The Department of International Relations of STU continues to coordinate such educational initiatives and create new international opportunities for everyone interested!

We wish participants of the spring mobility fruitful learning, new acquaintances, and bright impressions!
