After all, there is no such person who would not experience stress in their life and would not know about its existence. Stress affects much more than just how we feel. It can also affect our physical health. Stress can also affect our appetite, sleep, increase blood pressure, and much more. Fortunately, there are many different ways to cope with stress. Some of them may work better for us than others, but all of them can help us cope with stress in a healthy way.

Remember - stress is a frequent companion of our lives. It is important to learn to manage it, to resist the negative consequences of stress, because it affects health and causes diseases. Take care of yourself!

Thank you, Ms. Aleksandra, for an interesting and informative lecture!
