In 2012, she defended her PhD dissertation in the specialty 08.00.07 – Demography, Labour Economics, Social Economy and Policy.

Dissertation topic: "Defining the Socio-Demographic Profile of Segments of the Regional Labour Market".

She was awarded the degree of Candidate of Economic Sciences (PhD in Economics).

On February 26, 2020, she was awarded the academic title of Associate Professor.

Research Interests:

regional economics, demography, change management, sustainable development.
