Every year on February 11, the International Day of Women and Girls in Science is celebrated, established on December 22, 2015, by the UN General Assembly.
Earlier, on December 20, 2013, the UN General Assembly adopted the resolution «Science, Technology and Innovation for Development», which proclaimed equal access for women and girls of all ages to the achievements and development of science, technology, and innovation as a prerequisite for ensuring gender equality in this field.
Science has a female face – intelligent, persistent, and inspired.
Dear female scientists, researchers, postgraduate students, doctoral candidates, and students!
The staff of the Scientific Library of the State Tax University joins in congratulating the charming representatives of our university on the International Day of Women and Girls in Science!
