On March 4, 2026, the State Tax University was visited by the Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of the People's Republic of China to Ukraine, Ma Shengkun. This visit marked a significant step toward developing the university's international cooperation and expanding the educational dialogue between Ukraine and China.

The meeting was also attended by:

  • Zhou Meiliang, Counselor to the Ambassador;
  • Zhang Zhenguo, Representative for Educational Affairs;
  • Dmytro Serebryanskyi, Acting Rector of the State Tax University;
  • Vasyl Lutsyk, Vice-Rector for Research;
  • Fedir Bilotskyi, Head of the International Relations Department.

As part of the visit, the guests explored the university's infrastructure, classrooms dedicated to Chinese studies, and other campus facilities.

During the tour, the delegation visited the Scientific Library of the State Tax University and viewed a thematic exhibition highlighting the history, economy, culture, and the state and political system of the PRC.

The exhibition featured literature on Chinese traditions, beliefs, language, writing, sports, and education. Notably, our library collection includes editions in Chinese, such as the Bible and books on management, philosophy, and more.

We invite everyone to visit the thematic exhibition dedicated to China!

We look forward to seeing you at the STU Scientific Library (Room 372, Building C)!
